INTRODUCTION
C-200 is a white pigmented temporary protective
coating designed for use on spray booth walls.
The white film provides a light reflective surface
for better working conditions and the dried film
is readily peelable enabling a heavy paint overspray
to be quickly and cleanly removed.
C-200 is heat stabilised for use in low bake spray
booths and will withstand temperatures up to 180ºC.
METHODS OF USE
Use as supplied first stirring thoroughly to disperse
and settle pigment.
Spray using normal spraying equipment and techniques,
pot pressure 40 psi, air pressure 60/80 psi and
using a 70 thou spray gun nozzle.
Apply a double pass, wet on wet to give a dense
white film. Do not use suction feed guns. Equipment
can be easily cleaned with C.T.S thinners Ref.
C-210.
COVERAGE
2-3 Square metres/litre at
2-3 thou dry film thickness.
PRECAUTIONS
C-200 is highly flammable
and subject to petroleum regulations.
Harmful is inhalation therefore use under conditions
of good ventilation.
Keep away from sources of ignition -NO SMOKING
Take precautionary measures against static discharges.
After use store container in a well ventilated
area and keep at ambient temperatures.
Ensure that after use drums are tightly lidded.
The drums will be hazardous even when empty therefore
continue to observe all precautions.
Do not empty into drains.
Avoid contact with the eyes, in the event of an
accident irrigate eyes for 15 minutes and obtain
medical attention.
In the event of fire use alcohol foam or dry chemical
to extinguish.
In the event of spillage eliminate all sources
of ignition and absorb into earth or soil.
Supplied in a 25 litre non returnable drums.

INTRODUCTION
C-220 is a toluene free white pigmented temporary
protective coating for use on spray booth walls.
The white film provides a light reflective surface
for better working conditions and the dried film
is readily peelable, enabling heavy paint overspray
to be quickly and cleanly removed.
C-220 is heat stabilised for use in low bake spray
booths and will withstand temperatures up to 82°C.
METHODS OF USE
Use as supplied, first
stirring thoroughly to disperse any settled pigment.
Spray using normal spraying equipment and techniques:
pot pressure 1.5 bars or 0.13kg per cm2:
air pressure = 2.7/3.3 bars or 0.25/0.32 kg per
cm2 :
and using a 2mm spray gun nozzle.
Apply a double pass, wet on wet, to give a dense
white film.
Equipment can be easily cleaned with cellulose
thinners.
Do not use suction feed guns.
COVERAGE
2-3 square metres/litres
= 0.5/0.76 mms dry film thickness.
Supplied in 25 litre non-returnable drums.

| Peelable Spray Booth Coating Water Based |
 |
| |
|
INTRODUCTION
C-230 is a white pigmented
water based temporary protective coating, designed
for use on spray booth walls. The white film provides
a light reflective surface for better working conditions,
and the dried film is ready peelable enabling heavy
paint overspray to be quickly and cleanly removed.
METHODS OF USE
Shake or stir well before
use. Use as supplied and apply through pressure
fed spray equipment using the following conditions:
The internal bore of the fluid pipe should be 12mm
diameter to allow a rapid through put of material.
The fluid tip should be a least 2.8mm.
The fluid pressure should be around 40 psi. the
air pressure should be around 60-80 psi.
Before use, ensure that the equipment is clean
and free from thinners as this will cause coagulation
of the emulsion. After use clean all the equipment
with water.
COVERAGE
Using a double pass application
a dry film thickness of 3 to 4 thou. Should be achieved
which will give a coverage of approx. 2-3 hours with
good air circulation and at normal room temperature.
PRECAUTIONS
CC-230 is non-flammable,
non-corrosive and of very low toxicity. However
it is recommended that the following precautions
be observed:
Use under conditions of good ventilation.
Use a particle filter mask when spraying.
Avid eye contact, in the event of an accident,
irrigate eyes thoroughly with water.
Avoid continual skin contact. PROTECT FROM FROST.
Supplied in 25 litre non-returnable drums.

| Peelable Floor Coating |
 |
| |
|
INTRODUCTION
C-240 is a viscous liquid which when applied to
non-solvent sensitive surfaces such as concrete,
terrazzo, quarry tile or granolithic floors
will dry to give a tough, non-slip, opaque
peelable film. It is designed to maintain and
protect the surface from abrasion and spillages
of oil, paint, resins and dilute acids and
alkalies.
METHOD OF USE
C-240 may be used as supplied, applied by brush,
lambswool or mohair roller. Two coasts are
recommended to ensure that a thick even film
is applied, which will make it easier to remove
after service.
C-240 may also be sprayed for such applications
as the protection of components (of a non- solvent
sensitive type) during fitting, transportation
or storage. When applying by spray it will be necessary
to add 20% C-210 Low Flash Thinners to ease spraying.
Equipment for spraying should be a pressure system
using a 70 thou fluid tip set up. Thoroughly stir
before use. C-210 thinners will be required to
clean the equipment after use. If unsure of solvent
sensitivity of a surface to be protected, patch
test or contact C.T Supplies Ltd, for technical
advice.
MAIN FEATURES
Good abrasion and chemical resistance
Quick easy method of keeping floors clean
Tough enough to withstand heavy traffic
Cleans surfaces on removal of the film
COVERAGE
To ensure that a good easily
peelable film is produced, the maximum coverage should
be 1 square per metre.
LIFE EXPECTANCY
Provided the film thickness
is as recommended, the life expectancy of the protective
film is as follows: Under indoor conditions out
of direct sunlight a film life of 12 months can
be expected. Under U.K outdoor weather conditions
a film life of 6 months can be expected, although
a periodic inspection is advisable.
C-240 Peelable Floor Coating and C-120 Low Flash
Thinners are both supplied in 25 litre non-returnable
drums.
